Weather seems to be the theme this week, but with an official high of 62 yesterday in Colorado Springs and 60 in Woodland Park (elevation 8,200+) I think the conversation is justified (and fun for us weather nerds). In true Pikes Peak Region fashion, Wednesday is only going to be 32 in the city and Woodland Park (high of 23) and the western Colorado Springs Metro areas get a Winter Storm Watch with the chance for a foot of snow in some parts of Teller County. My Quick Pics could go from mountains and sunrises to a blanket of snow. Stay tuned Thursday morning to see if it held true. While you’re waiting, here’s a Quick Pic of tonight’s sunset looking to the southeast, taken from southeast downtown.
