Yesterday started off oddly with 50 degree temps in Woodland Park at 6am, mid 60s in Colorado Springs with wind gusts matching the 60s.
Then it got bright and sunny…and frigid with the winds adding to the chill.
I noticed a few flakes blowing off the mountains in downtown Colorado Springs but the sun was shining on the way hone.
The strange winter clouds hanging over Woodland Park on my way home brought some flurries but nothing stuck to the ground. We’ve been getting rain in Woodland Park so the white stuff can stay up high as long as it wants!
