It was another balmy fall day in the Pikes Peak Region. The trees have changed up high (over 8,000 ft) but are still green and starting to change in the city (6,200+ ft). The official high in Colorado Springs was 85 yesterday which beat the record of 84 set in 2000. You know it’s warm when you are out at 7pm and it’s 80 degrees and smells like summer! Love it.
