Anyone Had This Beer Yet? | Colorado Native Lager

I picked this up at our local Broadmoor Liquors this week on the southwest side of Colorado Springs and I was pleasantly surprised.  Although it’s made by AC Coors, it’s a distinctly craft beer with a great flavor that’s not overpowering but not too subtle. With most of it’s ingredients from our state the name is certainly appropriate and it’s also only available in Colorado (we’ll see how long that lasts). Anyone else tried it this summer? How does it taste to you? If the brewers are funded by the country’s 2nd largest brewer does it still count as a true craft beer?

  1. Deception at it’s best. A coors product is not craft beer. It appears the bebehemoths are also “posers”.

  2. This beer is hardly distinguishable from any other mass produced lager. Certainly not craft beer quality.
